    This framework, created by National Association of Climate Resilience Planners and several participating front-line organizations*:

    — Puts forth principles and practices defining the emergent field of climate resilience
    — Offers examples and resources for community-based institutions implementing community-driven planning processes
    — Is useful for a range of stakeholders, including community-based organizations, philanthropy, and the public sector.
  • How Cities Can Get To 100%
    Prepared by Meister Consulting, this guide is designed to help cities plan for a transition towards 100% renewable electricity supply. Cities and their partners will be able to use “Pathways to 100” to 1) understand their unique energy landscape, 2) identify strategies that are applicable to their utility and state policy context, and 3) organize city staff and external networks to support energy supply transformation. “Pathways to 100” includes an Appendix that can help cities embed equity in their city energy supply system transformation.

  • Advancing Equity in Climate Policy
    This University of California, Berkeley report proposes a “Climate Policy Equity Framework” that operates at three levels to:
    • Articulate equity principles and goals to guide policy design;
    • Present key criteria to analyze how close a particular climate policy or program comes to meeting these equity goals; and
    • Propose indicators that point the way to mechanisms and strategies to advance climate equity.
  • Low Income Solar Policy Guide
    The Low-Income Solar Policy Guide was developed by nonprofits GRID Alternatives, Vote Solar, and the Center for Social Inclusion, to help drive the proposal and adoption of new low-income solar policies and programs, both as stand-alone efforts and as part of broader renewable energy programs. It is meant to be a tool for policymakers, community leaders and others who are working on solar access at the federal, state and local level.
